NEED A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER?
INVITE GEORGE TO SPEAK
Are alcohol and drugs having a damning affect on you high school or college campus or in your work-place?
George grew up in the streets of the Olney Section of Philadelphia, a fatherless, directionless street urchin. Without knowing it, he could have ended up the “Holden Caulfield” of his neighborhood. If you’ve ever read “The Catcher in the Rye” then you know this a humorous but also a scary thought.
By faith, good fortune or pure dumb luck George grew into a man who, while possessing many of life’s scars, wants to share his story; a story of his faith in human kind and his sobriety with the rest of the world.
His message is humorous, tragic, heart-felt, compassionate, and tough. He’ll pull no punches and paint no rosy picture when it comes to the abuse of alcohol and drugs. Yet, he will talk about redemption and the hope that exists in the world for the alcoholic and addict.
In four words…your audience “WILL LOVE HIS MESSAGE!”
In the business world, he worked in the healthcare industry for 28 years. George has been a motivational speaker in this arena as well. He started in sales and wore additional hats as a sales manager, a marketing manager and as a corporate educator. While employed at a 400-bed acute-care medical center he held the position of Director of Training & Development.
Subsequent to his career in healthcare, George became a professor at Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where he taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of Business and Healthcare Administration for several years.
George is now a published author, with his first book made available for purchase in October of 2015 titled: Is Anybody There? Memoir of a “Functional Alcoholic”
This wealth of life experiences makes George the ideal motivational speaker for your organization!
